Registration Fees

Your registration fee includes one and a half days of educational sessions, light continental breakfast on Sunday morning, networking lunch on Sunday, and refreshment breaks.

Your registration fee also includes a 360 degree leadership assessment which will need to be completed prior to your arrival at the seminar.  The results of this assessment will be a critical element of your learning experience at this program.  In addition, you will also receive a companion textbook that will further augment the knowledge you gain at this seminar.

Please note that attendance for this program is very limited. Once registration capacity has been reached you may add your name to a wait list, but RBMA cannot guarantee availability.

Are you also planning to attend the RBMA Radiology Summit? Register for both the Executive Education Seminar and the RBMA Radiology Summit and receive a $150 discount off your RBMA Radiology Summit registration fee.  In order to take advantage of this discount you must register for the Executive Education Seminar when you register for the RBMA Radiology Summit.

Meeting Cancellation/Refund Policy

Cancellation must be sent in writing. If written notification is postmarked by May 4, 2012, a full refund less $100 administrative fee will be made. If you  registered for both the Executive Education Seminar and the Radiology Summit  and are still attending the latter, a full refund less $100 administrative fee plus the $150 discount applied to your Radiology Summit  registration will be made.  If you are cancelling registrations for both the Executive Education Seminar and the Radiology Summit, a full refund less $200 administration fee will be made. No refunds will be made after May 4, 2012. If you are unable to attend and wish to transfer your registration to another individual, written notification is required.
