Outside the resort, visitors are within walking distance to the Universal Orlando City Walk and theme parks. 

All conference sessions will be held onsite in the Loews Royal Pacific Resort Conference Center – just steps away from your hotel room.  

The Loews Royal Pacific Resort offers two room classifications with guest rooms including king or two Queen beds, 2” flat panel television with HD Channels and On Demand^® in-room movies (fees apply), iHome clock radios with iPod docking stations, Smart room technology for automated heating and air conditioning , Keurig coffee maker, and in-room Wireless High-speed Internet access (HSIA) at discounted rate of $9.95 per day.

A limited number of rooms have been reserved at the special rate of $209 per night, single or double occupancy.  In order to reserve your room, your booth application must be processed with an approved payment. Once your application has been processed and booth assignments have been made (please refer to the important dates page for booth assignment dates), a booth assignment letter will be emailed to you. It will contain a code with which to reserve your hotel room at the special RBMA rate until April 26, 2012 (based on availability).
