Movie Name Game
Attract more traffic to your booth by participating in the Movie Name Game. .
For more than 85 years Universal Studios has been bringing movie entertainment to millions of people around the world. RBMA has narrowed that focus and is bringing that experience into the exhibit hall. Each participating vendor will receive a DVD of a movie produced by Universal Studios®. Each attendee will receive a game card in their registration materials that contains a line from a Universal movie along with the booth number and company name of the participating vendor. Conference attendees will visit each participating vendor to collect the name of the movie and a unique stamp. Attendees must complete their card in order to be eligible for the drawing to win $500. The drawing will take place during the last exhibit hour on Tuesday, May 22, 2012. The winner must be present to collect their prize.
As a bonus, conduct a raffle in your own booth to give way your DVD!

Meter Board Advertising
Large format signage offers exhibitors an opportunity to extend their visibility outside of the Exhibit Hall. Purchase a meter board ad and convey your message to attendees throughout the conference. Reserve your space by April 20, 2012 and supply art by April 27, 2012.

Conference Registration Lists — Exhibitors Only*
Promote your company and/or products...before the show.
Promotion, promotion, promotion can override location, location, location. Pre-show promotions are important traffic generators. Sixty-five percent of your leads will be generated from your pre-show promotion effort. RBMA offers a pre-registration mailing list for a direct mail approach.
Use this opportunity to attract conference attendees to your booth, pre-set appointments or create leads.
After the show is over, keep in touch with attendees. A post-conference mailing list will be available after the conference for follow-up. Purchase both sets before the conference at a combined discounted rate.

The quickest way to connect with potential customers is to send a message via the Internet. Let RBMA distribute your message to our opt-in mailing list.
Cost: Members $1,000/Non-members $1,400

One html file with all images hosted on your Web site
Include a subject line with your material and the date you wish the e-Flash to be sent

A minimum of 24-hours is needed after receipt of the material.
Test proof:
A proof will be sent to you prior to distribution to RBMA members.

Show Specials, Drawings and Giveaways
Drive traffic to your booth by offering a drawing during or after the show. Don't forget to advertise your promotion using direct mail or e-Flashes before arriving at the show. Be sure and collect attendee contact information to notify the winner of your drawing after the show if the winner does not need to be present.
BACK BY POPULAR DEMAND! Winners of booth raffles and giveaways will be announced in the exhibit hall during the last scheduled exhibit hour by your company rep.
