Are you also planning to attend the RBMA Executive Education Program? Register for both the Executive Education Seminar and the RBMA Radiology Summit and receive a $150 discount off your RBMA Radiology Summit registration fee. In order to take advantage of this discount you must register for the Executive Education Seminar when you register for the RBMA Radiology Summit. The discount is not eligible to those registering at the Additional RBMA Member Rate.

GUEST RECEPTION-ONLY REGISTRATION
A guest is a spouse/significant other, friend, or adult child who is not in an industry-related occupation. A co-worker or an associate within the industry may not use the Guest Reception-Only registration category. Each Guest registrant must be the guest of a full conference registrant; guests cannot register on their own. Guest Reception-Only registration includes Sunday evening Exhibit Hall Grand Opening and Monday evening reception in the Exhibit Hall. If guests wish to attend any educational programming, breaks in the Exhibit Hall or networking luncheons, they must register for the full conference.
Meeting Cancellation/Refund Policy
Cancellation must be sent in writing. If written notification is postmarked by May 4, 2012, a full refund less $100 administrative fee will be made. If you registered for both the Executive Education Seminar and the Radiology Summit and are still attending the latter, a full refund less $100 administrative fee plus the $150 discount applied to your Radiology Summit registration will be made. If you are cancelling registrations for both the Executive Education Seminar and the Radiology Summit, a full refund less $200 administration fee will be made. No refunds will be made after May 4, 2012. If you are unable to attend and wish to transfer your registration to another individual, written notification is required.
