Pat Kinsley, RT, CPC, RCC has been the coding and compliance manager for Suburban Radiologic Consultants in Minneapolis, Minnesota for the past 10 years. She started as a radiologic technologist, and worked her way up to manager of a large multi-specialty clinic radiology department and a primary care clinic where she provided education to her staff for accreditation of ambulatory care clinics. Her experiences have also included compliance as an internal auditor for a multi-specialty group. She holds certifications from AAPC as a CPC and from the RCCB as an RCC.  Ms. Kinsley has presented at RBMA Radiology Summit meetings and has served on several RBMA committees. She is currently the RBMA liaison to the RCCB.

Jeff Majchrzak, BA, RT(R), CNMT, RCC, CIRCC is vice president, radiology services for Medical Learning, Inc. (MedLearn). He is board-certified in both nuclear medicine and radiologic technology. He has professional affiliations with the Society of Nuclear Medicine (SNM), the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT), the Radiology Business Management Association (RBMA) and the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA). During the past twenty years, Mr. Majchrzak has contributed to all MedLearn products.  In his role as a consultant, he conducts CPT coding assessments for both hospitals and physicians, evaluates administrative policies and procedures, and helps develop quality assurance programs to ensure complete and compliant coding and billing. He trains on both technical and professional radiology billing issues in correct coding practices and presents both audio and “live” seminars on issues affecting radiology reimbursement, specifically nuclear medicine, diagnostic and interventional vascular coding.
