File type: Excel, Powerpoint, Word, PDF with generic font preferably Times New Roman or Verdana. Obscure font usage will result in a format variation.

File Size: Maximum size of 2MB.

Duration: Documents will remain accessible through the index for six months before moving to the Upload Archives.
