Return Policy

Requests for refunds or credits for any purchased products must be made within 30 days of receipt of the product. You may return your purchase for a full refund if:

• It is in its original condition; and
• It is unopened (for CD-ROMs, DVD-ROMs)

Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased directly from RBMA. We cannot exchange items unless they are defective or damaged. At our discretion, we many decline your return based on the condition of the goods or past return history.

Downloadable products and mailing list rentals are not eligible for returns once they are sent.

Refunds

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 14 business days after we receive your return. Please note that we refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. Refunds will be for the price of the items purchased, excluding shipping fees.

Packing and sending your return

The packing slip must accompany the returned shipment and be filled out accordingly.

The package must be shipped by traceable means, with UPS, Federal Express, DHL or United States Postal Track and Confirm service.

If you do not have your packing slip, include a memo with your name, address, phone number and reason for your return, and send the package to:
