Get ready for another exciting year at RBMA! With your help we are growing and getting better. In addition to your existing member benefits, in 2012 you can expect:
Advocacy. Continued effort to keep members informed of legislative activities and assist in supporting the radiology industry in Washington, D.C.
Chapters. RBMA chapters are expanding and are now located in: Arkansas, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Kentucky, Michigan, NE States (CT, DE, NJ, NY, PA), Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Washington State, and Wisconsin.
Education. A return to two member-favorite locations: the Radiology Summit will be May 20-23, 2012, at the Loews Royal Pacific Resort at Universal Orlando in Orlando, Fla.; and the Fall Educational Conference will be Oct. 7-10, 2012, at the Sheraton Wild Horse Pass Resort in Chandler, Ariz. Watch for more readily-available web-based presentations throughout the year.
Membership. A great incentive program designed to reward members for encouraging friends and colleagues to be a part of RBMA.
Products. Watch for RBMA-produced online modules to fulfill annual mandatory training requirements for HIPAA and Compliance. Plans are underway for some new tools that will enhance the conference experience and showcase vendor products and services. Stay tuned!
Virtual Communities. Hospital-Based and Payor Relations Forums are active and available for a deeper dive into these specific issues.
Of course your favorite benefits such as: Forums, RBMA Bulletin, The Bob Luther Emerging Leader Travel Scholarship, and more will remain intact.
Renew Your Membership Online!
When practices with multiple members are renewing, please remember that the first member from a practice is the Active Member; all others are Additional Members. Renewal notices for practices with multiple members have been issued to the Active Member, with all additional group members listed. In order to keep our records consistent, RBMA requests that groups with multiple members renew together.
Your professional growth and success is very important to us and in order to best serve your business needs, we would like to know a little more about you. Please take a moment to complete your online profile as this information will allow us to continue producing relevant educational opportunities and resources to help you in your business.
Our annual online renewal period has ended but that does not mean you can't still be a member with RBMA. Please contact RBMA Membership Manager Jessica Struve at (888) 224-7262.
